Quadfather AP increased

I'd rather they kept it the way it was, but not dumping him yet. He's still fun and worth the the increased cost to use him.

Some games it was fine but when it was first nerfed I didn't start the game with it activated.  It took 3 plays. Then it deactivated after 3 plays. It kept going on and off

For 5 games or so since then it's been back to how it was.  So it was probably just when EA first adjusted it that it got screwed up
