Question for h2h heavy players... building out a final team....

So ive just done the minimum this year.. wasnt happy with the game.. but doing ur dailys and one sb a day , along with never needing cards day one (cept LTDs wen it makes sense, iyky) ... keeps u relevent

So, i can afford w.e., and i had whitworth at LT.. just replaced with 98 brown.. so i have both "lite it up tokens" .. abilities seem to trump stats 10x over.. so the question..

Im still goin have 98-99s in starter sports.. however.. 

Is it a smart move to add sapp and karlaftus* .. both with lite it up?.. (especially at the prices tomorrow)  and have them as my edge rusher and dt rush (have barmore (pats tt) as the other DT.. savage .. 

I noticed my bnd 94 MadaBeast outperforming my 98-99s ... and its just the x factor.. and these guys are better.. do they have a place on a final team due to the lit it up factor?

Abilities and x-factors have ruined the game.. they are all that is important. My new Donald  hasn’t made half the plays karlaftis has, because of ability.

If we get a 98/99 pass rusher in AKA Crews soon, they should be the best at their position for the rest of the game simply because of how good the x-factors are. Every year I start to think that EA understands how busted the x-factors are until they prove me wrong and make something even worse. It won't hurt to grab them tomorrow though, you can always sell back and lose only 10% if they don't release anything better soon.

Yea man i agree.. im older.. like .. madden on DOS older lol... ( not dirt but close) ... 

Stats were everything.. and added so much depth.. i used to play tournrys (live and at the beginning of XBL) - now i dont even wana play.. im ok with Abilities.. but they should be very special , limited and nerfed bigtime...

I have Madabeast and Sapp down the middle and they get more pressure than anyone thanks to x factors. End game DTs for me.
