Quick ability question (nasty streak)

I see the new tight end has it for rookie premier. Does it work like if he's a TE in the right and I run a power to the right. Usually I would have a honorary lineman  at tight end. What's better ? The described says it works on thebi ne or catches

I've heard a lot of people say Nasty Streak does not work on Tight Ends due to the description, but technically a TE is a lineman when he is aligned tight to the formation. Idk why they would slap these abilities on cards whose position is not applicable to the ability, but it is EA we're talking about. I would lab whatever play(s) you want to test this on in practice mode to decide.

Good point can always wiggle ppl and abilities around in the lab and figure out what provides the most. 

I learned you need D ends to counter nasty streak it doesn't work on them but does work on outside linebackers

I would try it out in practice mode and see which one is more effective. However the consensus is that honorary linemen is better in your TE

This is pretty good advice. Nasty Streak activates based on alignment not player. If you take a RT/LT with Nasty Streak and line them up at TE Nasty Streak will not activate.

This is what makes Vanguard so good.  I have it on Gronk (0 AP), Kittle (1 AP), and Gentry (1 AP)... it pancakes Dlinemen... Linebackers... Defensive Backs... the Coaching Staff... everyone on the field.

Waittttt kittle and gentry get it always on like gronk for 1 AP? Jesus. I already dominate the run game and I do it with Barry sanders still. I'm at work but my stats with him are absurd. 

I do have a 5x secure+nasty line as anyone who runs should tbh. And i have 1 honorary tight end and 1 reciever with it that I move around depending. Calvin Johnson goes insane with it. Testing out odell in the slot w. It rn

It’s not always on.. it is a charged Xfactor for the TTR TEs. But still potentially worth it if you are okay moving your players around in your formations.
