Hi guys! Just wanted to share some of my favorite players that I’ve used in Madden this year as a review and suggestions for anyone looking for players to add to their squad. I’m only going to list select positions so that this thread doesn’t get too long.
QB: Cam Newton, Lamar Jackson, Russell Wilson, Sam Bradford.
Cam has been my favorite QB all year and I don’t think I will move on from him. Lamar Jackson and Russell Wilson were incredibly fun to use but aren’t the best options now because of how expensive escape artist is. Sam Bradford is a sleeper pick, but he was my first 90+ ovr QB in 22 and played surprisingly well.
HB: Derrick Henry, Reggie Bush, LT, AJ Dillon, Legarrette Blount.
Derrick Henry cards always play well, and this year was no exception. Reggie Bush is still a great option, but I moved away from him because I think power backs are better. LT was similar. I used both the SR and GT AJ Dillon and they were both beasts on the field. Blount has been my favorite so far, he plays like a GT and moves so much more smoothly than any of my other RBs.
WR: Collin Johnson, Calvin Johnson, Keenan Allen, Josh Gordon.
Collin and Calvin Johnson were absolute menaces for me before I sold them to start my Pats TT. Keenan Allen is in my opinion the best budget receiver in the game, but for some reason he’s becoming very rare on PS4. Josh Gordon has played amazing for me from the start and fits very well into almost any scheme.
SS: Mike Evans, Kyle Dugger.
Mike Evans was a great user for me but lost his place in my lineup because he stopped making plays after I started using Tyreek Hill instead. Kyle Dugger is great powered up to just 97, but the low stamina is a issue if you’re planning to user him every play.
MLB: Tyreek Hill, BMarsh.
Tyreek Hill is a menace of a midget and his speed allows him to make plays all over the field despite his height. BMarsh was stuck in my lineup for the longest time, and I’m honestly surprised that no one thought about him as a GT option, even if MLBs are nerfed.
