Is it possible to uninstall the game and reinstall the game? Would we lose all our content? What about unlinking our Xbox account with EA and the relinking it. Has anyone tried anything to reset the system and get the content?
Yes, i did play beta (on PS5).
You can definitely remove (and reinstall) the game, but it's not a problem with the local files on our console, this is a EA problem, directly tied to our EA accounts. You will not lose your squad, as long as you sign back in with the same EA account.
No clue about unlinking and relinking those EA accounts, probably won't hurt anything -- that's what they recommend to fix the delayed (or missing) Twitch stream rewards in the past.
Word on the street was that if you logged back into CFB and played a single Solo Challenges, it will grant you were Ultimate Alumni. They weren't wrong, but also not exactly correct -- after doing that, i managed to acquire the MUT Tips saying "Thanks for playing CFB, blah blah" but still no Ultimate Alumni cards. Such bullshit, i was counting on that from Day 1 and a huge reason i purchased both games. Pig fuckers.
I did finally receive my Rookie Premiers late last evening. I think i got someone else's All32 Team chems, as i now have four (4) total for three Rookie Premier sets. Plus Puka. Plus Christian Watson also was delivered to my account at the same time. Sorry i don't have any great suggestions here. Make sure you completely close and relaunch your Madden 25 game client. Not just put it to sleep, completely close the game and start all over from the main menu. Launching CFB or any other game will have the same/similar effect.
That's the best way i know to "reset the system" (sorry not super clear on what that means).
