I'm really impressed with the season pass players this year - both season 1 and season 2. When I completed season 1 - I ended it with a good WR that does not drop balls; an exceptional FB/HB (that I use as a HB) that is in my opinion the best power back in the game and with team chems; and a dominant LE (also with team chems). I maxed out the FB and LE. I wish that I would have maxed out one other player instead of balancing the remaining players (HB; MLB; and WR) - however I thought we would still be able to max them out after the season ended. As a pleasant side effect - because I was waiting to max another player out in season 1 - I accumulated enough season tickets that did carry over to season 2 to immediately upgrade the DB to 85 overall and was able to hit 86 overall today. That's a 300k value player on day 2 of the season pass. I'm still using the FB and the LE as starters on my team. Thanks EA

Overall, they have done well with the Seasonal players. But removing the S2 players receiving all team chems was a massive fail.

Wheres my solo battle rewards!!!!!!!
Everyone else who spent their tickets with the assumption they were going to lose them or they would be worth less if they didn't got screwed over. The devil is in the details and EA consistently leaves details out on purpose.

I totally agree! Alstott and max are still starters and Alstott has done better than cjk and beast mode. With 88 truck and 87 stiff arm, he's the true beast ! Disappointed can't upgrade him anymore

So was not letting us know the tickets would carry over. Wonder how many people will save them this go round only for them not to carry to season 3.
I would have been more impressed if we could continue to upgrade the players from Season 1.
These season 2 players do not have all 32 team chemistries, and the lower levels before they are fully upgraded are terrible. Not to mention that EA is restricting our ability to fully upgrade these players.
When can we fully upgrade them? After higher OVRs are out? There is an identifiable pattern of what EA does, and that makes the season 2 players way less appealing.
season 1 pass players were a w. season 2 is some mid without team chems

I agree to a certain extent. The season 1 pass players were definitely a w. The season 2 as a whole is not as good - in other words, I took the upgrades and randomly exchanged them between players in season 1 (except for Alstott - who I kept fully upgraded since I could) - which I don't see myself doing in season 2 because the WR, the ROLB, and the QB's are all mid in my opinion - even upgraded. I compared all of the season 2 players at their various upgrade levels to players at their position that I want that I would have to pay for and the LT and the CB were the only players who were better than what I could buy at a reasonable price.
