I'm running a Chiefs theme team with Holmes at HB. I'm starting to throw more HB passes lately and I'm wondering about the CTH attribute. Holmes is 77 but I'm thinking of buying Patterson for 200K because his CTH is 90 and I can put him in as power back specialist and then sub for him as needed. Is it worth dropping $200 for a increase of 13 in CTH?
I picked up a Marcus Allen as my receiving back. 87 catch. Can be easily had for 315k rn which means my max loss would be 65k via quicksell.
Sounds like a really good option. Thx for that.

Yeah thats a great idea. You always have to look if you sell it, how much does it cost to rent this player.
Another thing, if you have the availability to put some abilities on, Backfield Master makes catch attribute trivial at best. Theyll catch pretty much everything.

I run Chiefs tt as well. Marcus is 98 speed , and has been a beast catching out of the backfield. I use Priest to spell him if he gets tired. Now to save up for Okoye!

Interesting you say that cause I tried backfield master on Curtis Martin (70 catch) and he repeatedly dropped passes my receiving backs made routinely. I’d say in my experience the abilities help but by no means override the actual stat.
