Remix token refunds

Do we get full refunds when downgrading remix players? i see we don’t get full refunds when I try but I also saw someone say we get full refunds

If we don't that would be extremely sad because I wouldn't be able to have enough to upgrade Dickerson without spending a ton

Nope. Like buying the game itself, no full refunds.  I was going to downgrade one TTR player to upgrade another and you lose about 1/3 of the remix coins you put in to upgrade.  I don't remember exactly what it was to downgrade power up cards in years past, but I think the hit was about 50% of TP used to upgrade. So yeah, just another sink by the company known to sink video game franchises.
