so I hope everyone has enjoyed the first week of football Sunday. That being said I figured after all the great games I wanted to get a game in
I was trying to remove my back up half back and every time I go to click onto remove him the game jumps to the starter and I can’t click onto my back up in the lineup screen to get him out. Any suggestions
It’s bugged with every position player not just HB. Just sub him out with another player to save that spot for you if you are selling that player. Trust me it’s been glitched for awhile. Game is broken all over the place unfortunately.

That’s the thing , I can’t sub my back up out. I simply go to my back up and when I go to click on, it, just moves itself to the main starter every time. Dont know what to do?

Maybe Try going to your Item Bin and filter HBs. Then choose "promote to starter", and promote them in reverse order to put them in the place you want, 1st,2nd,3rd. Not ideal, but might be one way to do it.
I had something similar happen to me yesterday. It actually crashed me out to the main menu when I tried to remove my backup tackle from the main lineup screen without a starter in.
I was able to fix it by putting the starter back in, then going in like I was going to replace the backup but instead just swapped him with The starter and problem was solved for me. I find the lineup screen doesn’t like swapping from the main screen on ps5.
If that doesn’t work you can always try creating a whole new lineup.
