If you are already going to Max out the XP during Season 5 I recommend you wait to do anything relating to the Ring of Honor FP until next Thursday. The XP in the Ring of Honor FP can go toward Season 6. It would give you an early 110,000 XP to start season 6 if you wait to complete the Ring of Honor until next Thursday and if you use the 20,000 XP redeem token. That may bump you up to level 10 immediately by just completing the Ring of Honor FP and using the Season 6 redeem token.

I just want to caution anyone thinking of doing this that it's not guaranteed that the xp will transfer. For the change from season 4 to 5, EA changed all unearned xp rewards to coins in some of the program field passes. I believe EA also did the same in the change from season 3 to 4 but there was a small window in which the xp did count before it was changed to coins.
I'm not saying that you shouldn't save it. Just that it's practically a gamble if it will work. If coins are more appealing to you than whatever rewards the xp for season 5 would get you, you should definitely consider it.

I doubt they will switch it to coins because it would be only 1 week between when Ring of Honor starts and when Season 6 starts. The reason they changed it last season was because the XP was from the Comp Pass which ended 2 days later and the current Comp Pass doesn’t award any Season XP

Genki force pass was also hit. Now, it's not completely the same since it was a 2 week program rather than a 1 week. Still it was the last program before the new season so it is relevant

For those that have kept up all season, the extra XP isn't necessary, so it may be worth the risk from that standpoint alone. I'll have the Season 5 Field Pass maxed out from dailies alone in the coming days.

I’m going to risk it. I have no need to get to the last reward on this season’s pass. None of the 97s would play for me. I have no wiggle room for team chems at the moment.

Especially since they put an expiration date on the sets, I don't think they XP will carry over to Season 6.

The expiration is a week after the Season 5 end date.
