Once i saw someone put up his 99s for 250, i rushed to grab them, snagged most of them. Notably missed a GT Mays but successfully sniped that GT Bo.
He was probably fire selling his entire team the moment he knew there were only a few hours left before the servers are taken down. When i was low on coins, i had to rush through the Theme Diamonds 2 rerolls with the training to get more coins by putting those <84 into the Random Combine set to get the conqueror tokens to quicksell for 10,000 coins.

That Patrick Willis Ghost art is still one of my favorites.
I miss the benefits of those old strategy options but I 100% don’t miss how much time it took to equip/change them on each player.

True, i was just finishing a power up of Barry Sanders (after having used a spare Deion PU to put the pieces i grabbed from someone fireselling his team). until the clock striked 6, and got disconnected. I tried to connect, and the servers were officially pronounced dead at 6:00 PM (local time) on April 15, 2024.
Had i used the time to fix my lineup, i could have had Barry Sanders at RB3 with GT Bo at RB1, and Full PU Sweetness at RB2. But at least CMC is a good 3DRB .
Also forgot to say... Two hours before the servers went dark... someone began to fire sell his entire team for 250 coins per card. I was able to grab Bo's UL, both Sanders' wildcards, Randall McDaniel's UL and PU, Okoye's redux. Started by grabbing a UL Lott and Ogden (both duplicates quicksold due to owning one already). Also took a UL Moss, freeing the 99 pass from him. Also, if i had a Delanie PU, i would have freed that 98 Pass from Okoye, and put it on Walker (other was on NTL). Once i was very low on coins, i began using the training, buying Theme Diamonds 2 set piece packs, putting 4 80-82s and an 83-84 into the Combine Standout exchange set. After getting two standouts, they were exchanged for one Combine Conqueror Token, which was QSed for 10,000 coins in order to help with my purchases.
