I haven’t seen a post on this, but it’s amazing that in MUT 23, the trade block was taken down due to “users manipulating the trade block” and that it would return… fast forward to madden 24, it’s obviously not here and haven’t heard a word about it… what gives? Had anyone heard anything about it??

Agreed sadly it looks like it's a thing of the past.I had hoped it would have been back in 24 just revamped but from the way it looks we wont be and i have not heard any word from EA on so guess we'll have to wait and see.

Not only that I've done trades with randoms before too. Ill give you a couple examples for this year ATM, i was considering getting Bo to replace my Stevenson (decided against it but if I had) and Im currently wondering if Id rather try Megatron instead of my Tyreek.
In these and many other cases, the players involved are in most peoples opinion pretty similar levels of player and in actual FACT, about the same value in coins. One reason I probably wont risk it? So EA cant steal a chunk in their pointless AH tax on the sale. Trades were a convenient option to explore for those kinds of situations. 🤷♂️
EDIT: Just occuring to me what should have been obvious already, thats very likely a big part of why they wanted it gone and jumped at the excuse they used to explain it. SMH

I think it was all a set up because they knew cross play was coming and they just used last year‘s reason as an excuse.
