ROH Token questions

I have a few questions regarding the confusing promo.  
 

1. Do the tokens just unlock the x-factors, or the final ability bucket and xfactors? 

2. Do the tokens just unlock the ROH x-factors, or does one still need the token have the capability to use a combine x-factor for ROH players who are eligible? 

3. Regarding ROH momentum shift, does it stay on for 10 plays and then turn off, or does it stay on all game?   

Any clarification would be appreciated.

3. Starts on for one play, then needs to be reactivated activation by an objective (LT looks to be 2+ hit sticks).
