Was supposed to receive 2 rookie premiers, EA only gave me one. Anyone else in the same boat?

Got my RP cards and toKen’s in 2 waves.  Never got my Puka, which I was excited for because he will be great on a TT

Same thing happened to me - Said I had 3 packs. I picked JC Latham and then the other 2 packs vanished. 
It still says I have 2 unopened packs but there is nothing there. 
I haven‘t been teased like this since this high school prom.

Did you get yours?

Mine appeared when I logged in, and Unopened packs shows as "3", but when I click on unopened packs, nothing is in there.

I got Puka and my chemistries for the rookies, but no rookies an no alumni cards and no XP.

I have 3 rookies and puka but only 2 RP tokens.  Puka and the two tokens came together and then I got the 3 rookies.  Made me go on M24 to double check and yup I should have 3 tokens

Good day 

several friends of mine who are missing their RP’s some got 1 only im wondering if they have to re download 24 because maybe it needs to get it somehow through the last game? I don’t know just pretty sad for how much they cost to have to go through all of this. I told them don’t ever do them again
