I don't hear many content creators reminding their audience that rookie premiere is coming. Considering how expensive certain cards have gotten, I'm expecting a very pricey rookie premiere. If you're not mega coin rich I'd recommend start saving right now so you're not scrambling to buy RP cards.

good idea, I started saving and sold my team about 2 weeks ago
That’s probably because Rookie Premiere is a complete dog shit promo. It always has been. I agree with saving your coins. Save them or sell them for something else entirely.
Last year was my first year playing MUT, and I totally bought into the hype around Rookie Premieres, and as TheDullSound stated above, it was total dogshit. All that effort and coins into getting all 32 of them last year, believing EA that I would be starting the next year with a full team of 84 OVR players, only to have multiple issues.
1. They didn't all transfer over correctly, so I had missing RP's and duplicates of others. It took them 3 weeks to get this fully correct.
2. They rolled them out in waves, meaning that they all weren't available to use at the start. It seemed like it was almost a month before they were all available to use, and many of them were already outdated by that time.
3. Did mention the HUGE coin sink and time required to get them in the first place???
4. All of the above was last year, when it felt like EA might actually care about the player base a little. This year they openly mock us and clearly aren't interested in what we want, so it will probably be even worse this year.
I will take free ones if we can earn them from playing, and would like Xavier Worthy for the Chiefs, but that is going to be my total effort into RP's this year.
I play MUT on old gen but I plan to play it on new gen next year. Will Rookie Premeires carry over from xbox one to series x?

Nothing transfers over from old gen to current gen. You have to start a completely new team, so if you create them in old gen, I believe they will be lost forever, as far as MUT 25 is concerned. If someone has a different experience they can speak up, but the above is what I have been told my multiple people last year.

I have no idea how it will work next year but I can say that I only played MUT23 on PS4 and did all of the Rookie Premiere’s. I finally bought a PS5 about a month ago and bought Madden 24 and all of the Rookie Premiere’s transferred with zero issue.
I think the issue would be if you start playing the new MUT on old gen and switch to current gen the RP’s would only load into your old gen and you would start with nothing when you make the switch.
RP is absolute garbage. Used to be ok when your player can upgrade on the next Madden, but they took that away. The players you get are useless within a few weeks. Better just to get the auctionable player and sell it. Unfortunately it costs millions to get 100k if you’re lucky.
It seems that every promo gets worse each year with EA...this has applied to RP (it was better two years ago than last year)...so based on history and EA's commitment to over promise and under perform...I'm not going to worry to much about RPs.
Saving coins for what? It’s May.

Rookie Premiere is a program that gives you auctionable and non auctionable cards for the next madden. Last year’s was bad due to the rollout being super delayed but the year prior to that I remember selling a trevon moerigh card for like 350-400k (unless I’m remembering wrong) so it can be helpful if ea doesn’t fuck it up

Yeah they totally butchered the rollout for for 24 so I understand people being jaded towards the program.
#1 - RP's were complete garbage this year, and a massive waste of time. #2 - I am never buying another Madden with EA on the label, so would be a double waste of time for me. I suggest everyone that hates this game, just skip doing RP's - will make it eassier to not buy Madden 26!
