It means they're in the catalogue of the game now. As far as closer to them being released, it's EA so who knows lmao

That's very much on brand.  I had extremely low expectations after getting severely disappointed last year (with again, yet another delayed roll-out)... but this is especially egregious after EA literally farmed us for attention and forced us to login daily to earn these bullshit Rookie Premiers that cost what -- liek ~15M coins EACH?

At this rate, just like the Ultimate Alumni players, the Rookie Premieres will be outdated by the time they are actually available in-game.  I'm glad I only did the token set.

Rps slipped into the abyss a long with UA rewards. Youll be lucky to get them today before EA clocks out early since its friday laughing heading to the bank.

RPs are appearing in the catalog, however I have not yet received any content related.  I believe I did enough in M24 to get two RPs - then again, maybe I didn't .  

At this point, I'm probably not going to use them other than to sell for training
