So I completed one set for the 85 jc latham in mut 24 which I have so I expected to get 1 87 rp pack but I got 2 all 32 chem cards and I did get the 84 puka. Will I still get the rp pack? I don't know. Very strange.

you should. i received more packs than i completed this second roll out and i had got the 85s too.
