Run stopping

I just played like 6 games last night where they were doing goal line plays and just running it. Can I get help on how to stop this, I have most of the RPs done so if any of them are good then I can use them.

I agree that it’s about abilities, but the issue is that I already put these abilities on my linemen, any tips on how I should split up abilities if I run dime or a 3-4

Can you share your lineup? You don't necessarily have to. But I would find it easier to give you different ap suggestions if I know your current ability setup. 

Personally, I run a lot of nickel and dollar. I'm fine with giving up the run in these formations. My abilities reflect that only my DT(s) have run stopping abilities. My DEs are mostly built for pass rushing. And my DBs and Sub Lbs don't have any abilities to help in the run game.

I primarily use 4-3 even 6-1  as my main run stopping formation. Every Dline and linebacker has at least 1 free ability that helps stop the run. I will sometime sub in these players in my other formations if I think my opponent is going to run but I don't want to change my formation. My DBs still don't have run stopping abilities. I like to keep my DBs ready to defend against a play action pass. 

Basically, I'm saying to have one formation that's soley dedicated to stopping the run in addition to your normal defense if possible.

Quick tip? Quit out and play someone that wants to play football. Even if you can stop it, it's boring and not worth your time.

Easier said than done unfortunately. Most players want to spam glitchy plays over and over again.

I actually had like 6 players in a row that wanted to do this to me

Yup. And if it's glitchy but beatable, I'll stick around. It's fun watching those guys collapse after 1 or 2 possessions because they have 1 plan and it's been busted. 

That goalline run nonsense is pretty much impossible to stop on a regular basis. Stopping it is also boring and often relies on letting your non User players get tackles. It's boring. Personally, I'd rather quit out 6 times in a row than waste any more time on it, the rewards for winning anything in H2H aren't worth it now anyway.
