I'm pretty sure it's impossible to be level 24 without xp glitching. We won't know who's in it until that's possible.

We are 181k Season XP away, which is likely this week and next week's weekly objectives refresh plus a new program field pass next Thursday.

For the 99 I think they will do all the ROH andDraft LTDs.

There's enough Season XP to unlock it after reset today (10:30 AM EST) so I'm sure someone will take their shot with it and you'll see it posted.
