I have upgraded Howley to a 93, but I still can’t find where the last SB upgrade is, I have 2 from the solos and 2 from the field pass, can someone help me please?

Idk i think it's worth it once you have him maxed, especially if you have a Cowboys TT. His card is free and all the upgrades are free. You're essentially buying him for the cost of that 95 ovr player you have to sacrifice. I bought a TD for like 550k and have arguably the best LB in the game now. Threw my Light it Up card on him too so he can take away all the TE corners and RB flat passes.
