Scottish Hammer Crusher 💪

I played five Champs games this morning and already recovered a fumble caused by the Scottish Hammer with his Crusher ability. That sealed the game for me. 

I got sacked and couldn’t get out of 3rd & 20ish and decided to go ahead and punt it so he could field it. He was able to evade a couple of defenders and then my punter came flying up there. I clicked on, hit sticked, and lit that dude up!

Yeah man, I was just hoping to see it sometime this week but that was like game 3 with him on my team, lol. I hope it continues.

I've been contemplating grabbing him just for Crusher and the boost to other players, but I hate that EA hasn't fixed Special Team abilities from deactivating at half time so it's hard to justify 350k for a Punter unless I knew for sure his abilities would be active all game.

You’re right, I didn’t think about that. I don’t use a kicker anyways because of the FG block glitch so I just use my punter for Kick off specialist and punting. I was using Vinatieri‘s redux for both duties before. I was surprised he was going for 165k yesterday so I didn’t have to invest as much into the Scottish Hammer.

yep worst bug ever, lost my super bowl bc of no focus kicker in the second half. Also wifi is terrible so that was a factor.

You're not wrong about the field goal glitch on old gen. I hate that it was never fixed. Essentially makes special teams useless.

I hate the glitch but have recently figured out how to do it to at least even the odds. If I can’t kick then they shouldn’t be able to either.

I don’t use it if someone is playing a reasonable game of football.
