Seen this in season 2 under milestones... says it requires ultimate alumni season xp mut tip to complete set.. what's this all about? Anyone know

How do you get the tip? I Completed Ultimate Alumni got my 85 and and XP Toxen in Season 1, but have no tip for Season 2.
