Just logged into MUT tonight and checked my strategy cards to see if anything changed with the new Season launching. Looks like the newer strat cards now upgrade all the way to tier 14. For Rare cards this gives +5 boost to the first 3 attributes and +4 boost to the last 2 attributes.
There is NO change to ”In The Zone” or “Deep Route Specialist” that have the speed boosts.

I only have a few of them. The ones that I know got upgrades this season are:
Hybrid
Mind Reader
Heavy Blitz
Sam-Mike-Will
Ballhawk
Short Route Specialist
The Leg
I know there are several others but I don’t have them all to confirm.
Also anything that boosts SPD likely did not get any additional upgrades.
Good stuff ^ wish more people were sharing their findings. the only other ones I know about are wrecking ball (the one with added catching + jump is great), break away, sure handed, and Man2Man
Mind reader with catch + zone coverage gets full upgrades KICKS ASS if you run a heavy LB scheme like 46. +4 zone and catching as well as +5 pursuit awareness and play rec make it so lb's like LT or Haley (who don't have lurk) are wayyy more serviceable in pass coverage, hella interceptions. Not to mention it's for the ENTIRE DEFENSE.
catching is one of those few attributes that pretty much every defender has room for improvement now that most are maxed
Man 2 man with play recognition and specacular catch also fully upgrades to tier 14 and combines super nicely with the mind reader I mentioned above. +5 MCV Catch and *Press* (HUGE!!) | +4 PRC and SPC for entire defense when fully upgraded

Thanks for adding to the list. I also have a Mind Reader card with ZCV & MCV but I haven’t used it too much yet. Maybe down the road depending on what my team looks like.
