Does it combat inside stuff and run stopping abilities ?

I'm pretty sure it did last year as this was part of the reason you'd run it over edge protector if possible. Not sure if it's been changed this year though.

I'd like to know if it stacks with QB Protected (and if Protected actually does anything).

Don't bother with protected. Put that AP elsewhere

Thanks. Definitely doesn’t seem like it does much. SP is solid though?

SP is solid, especially at a discount but more important than abilities is properly adjusting your blocking every play based on the blitz. I.e. shifting left right or max protect, double team and Id the Mike plus blocking hn or te where necessary.

You learn that and abilities won't matter as much. Also have to learn to make quick reads.
