Selling a epic strat for alot.. Ban?

So I have 1 epic strategyim able to post that is selling for 400k+ .. is it safe to sell if this is the price of all other recent sales?

All my stats say BND. Why am I unable to sell them. How are guys able to sell?

You’re only able to sell the one you got at the end of the season 3 pass. All others are locked still

this.. and it comes and goes.. sometimes you can sometimes you cant
