No. you want as many presents as you can get

This^. Unless you want to get one of the LTDs, it's probably better value wise to keep everything you have

DO NOT, under any circumstances (unless you want to) sell the presents year able to earn. Especially not to quicksell them for Snowflakes. The rate of return is absolutely horrendous. I apologize for not having a source handy, but someone (Gutfoxx) did the spreadsheet calculations, based on ~current prices, i believe the rough estimate was somewhere around ~2.5M coins to build a 93 OVR.
I've clipped a relevant screenshot from his video, in case you don't wanna sit through ~10 minutes of ancient history, but context remains relevant, although surely prices have adjusted somewhat. Moral of the story: save yer presents, more "Simple" gifts are almost always going to be better than a small handful of Lavish. Sounds counter-intuitive, but that appears to be how things work out. Don't chase LTDs / Lavish presents. Unless you want to. YMMV. Happy holidaze.
Scrolled through ye ole BillyTubes watch history, i guess this is the video i was thinking of: https://youtu.be/tdxElohCIgc
it's a game do what you want with them. I love a big pull so I always go with lavish and up. I have 19 lavish, 1 worth 3500 snow and 1 ltd so I'd say my risk paid off, but at the same time not everyone can get that many or get that lucky. some people open all the lavish and get nothing.
