I assume it is for a future Legends release?
Maybe Brady, Drew Brees, Dan Marino, Steve Young or Ryan Leaf will get this card?

Good catch, yes I would think this means there's going to be a legends x qb hard to say for sure who it will be though. Looking at the other abilities it seems there might be some upcoming Legend x defensive players as well.
But these could also go unused so we'll have to wait and see.
