Annnnd....just like that, they're back. With all of the cards in them. I was about to raise hell with EA over this.

This game has been a complete disaster from just about every step of the way. I don't remember last years being so bad, I'm sure there were some issues here and there but nothing compared to how bad this years has been. I don't understand how this game could fall so far when it's pretty much just a copy and paste game.
I just submitted my complaint to EA, I'm sure it will go no where but we will see.
Honestly, the issues with Madden that frustrate me the most are the ones that should be completely preventable. The silly bugs and system crashes.....sometimes I will try and play a game and it says I have a illegal line-up....progress not being tracked properly...crazy!
My guess is that 2 years ago when EA had massive layoffs they got ride of all the veteran programmers who knew their shit and now employee cheaper less seasoned programmers...who are learning as they go...bad business!!

Not trying to defend them but, being an IT leader, how do you expect them to figure out what issue you are having if they don't know when it happened so they can replay it on their side? When you are traversing log files that are millions of lines long which are all timestamped, knowing when an issue occurred is key in determining root cause.
