SFL or PLE

Saving up for Stroud right now and I'm wondering whats better to run between SFL and PLE. What has your experience been with them and what would you recommend?

PLE is the same thing as SFL but your feet don't necessarily have to be set. Basically go with whichever costs less AP, or go with PLE if needing to have your feet said is a big problem for you.

PLE always better I thought since you don't have to have your feet set. SFL is PLE just with a requirment.
