Short in or backfield master on HB

I have Dickerson and can’t decide.

The extra hot routes don’t benefit the team since I have hot route master.

If you want to go the short-in route, I'd swap to DeMarco Murray since he gets it for 1. Does backfield master only give the sharper cuts against linebackers? Because that's not worth too much if you don't need the hot routes.

Short In Elite. Easily. Any ability like Backfield Master or any of the Apprentice abilities are obsolete if you have Hot Route Master already.

Additional routes, better route running, and improved catching against linebackers and defensive linemen. I still would go with Short In Elite.
