Currently, I have Keyshawn Johnson (88) as my captain, but I'm wondering if it would make sense to switch at this point.

I would switch to allen and either play him at corner or at safety
Allen in all catagories is the worst by far because of height and weight.
At this point in time, theyre just going to be basically back ups so theyre going to be either chems or special plays.
Adams and Csonka going to be the best with how big adams is and inside stuff. Csonka nice so you never have to buy a FB. So many other WR are the exact same as Johnson.

That’s just flat out incorrect. Keyshawn johnson is one of the biggest, most physical, best run blocking wide recievers in the game. His 88 has played just about every snap on offense for me this year and is a monster. Don’t sleep.

In no way is he bad and if you dont want to spend the coins on a WR, I get it. But then you could spend them better on a DT/FB where theyre going to be more priced because of stats and rarity.
6'4, 211... at level 91: speed is 91. Jump 91. 90s for all the catch stats besides DRR and SPC. RBK is 78.
9 people: These dudes are all similar stats to him and were going to get more and upgrades. Theyre only doing about 3 levels per so at max, thats what Johnson gets. These current 91s are the exact same as him but different stats. BMarsh and Megatron are almost exact copies.
We still have Thanksgiving and MAYBE ZC in this, maybe next one (I would assume they start S3 with ZC like they started S2 with MF). Well get at least 2 more WR with similar stats...
Looking at last years WR in the same Catagory we havent got yet (plus they could add others)

Excellent info. Just sorted recievers by run blocking and the new Team Diamonds Hines Wards is actually the best run blocking AND strongest WR in the game. Keyshawn is #2 with megatron equaling his runblock but Keyshawn is +6 in strength vs megatron. Nightmare is wayyyyy better than csonka the gap is far and wide there. Adams is an excellent choice but I prefer faster DTs that can drop into coverage here and there to counter drags, guys like Sapp.
your other team captain Eric Allen isn’t really desirable and everyone knows why. This leaves me to believe, for me, Keyshawn is the best choice. He is the Meta of the team captains. Trust me on this, when you motion big Keyshawn to the strong side Of the run play to either take on an OLB or crack Back on the D-end you’ll see his greatness. Plus nobody can stop him on a slant route.
I like Adams for DT I’d recommend that. I could see how Keyshawn could also be good though. I don’t need a full back and Allen is to short for my liking

Yeah if they dont fuck Ward up, hes always the best blocker there is. And they gave pickens the best run block stats before him.
Oh for sure Nightmare is the number one but that saves you 200k and I mean, I never use my FB. I just use Keith Jackson as my FB lol
Sapp is just a monster with his stats. Idk how they always boost him up to play that way when nobody else can. I just use my DT to eat up the C/G's or make way for the LB to blitz mid. MJG 350k 65lbs less, much better finesse to get to qb. Dockett 450k 50lbs less, slightly better finesse. Seymour (nuts last year) 410k 30lbs less better in every category and my pick (even though Im a steelers homer and would have MJG. Sapp is a full upgrade over adams and Sapp in every way.
Yeah I def think with how low FB have become instead of spending 350k+ on a WR or DT that Adams and KJ are the best two to go with by far.
Nothing wrong with Keshawn, however we are constatantly getting new WR's every week so that position is loaded. Claypool and Sutton were free, more MF Wrs are out tomorrow, which makes even some of the top options very affordable. I had Allen as my captain for the longest time, but again CB is a loaded position. 90's and 89 overall CBs galore and maybe not game changing but all put in work. Gilmore, DOuglas, Wooten and Moss were free. Right now I have Adams. It is the greatest position? no but I never have to worry about a DT the rest of the year. It also helps for TTs, as many theme teams have solid CBs and Wrs but maybe no DT who are over an 80. I guess I dont use a FB enough to justify using my captain on him, but he is solid and can solve a problem if running a TT that does not have a FB.

Like you said, we just got 3 WR for MF and getting 2 more. We get 3 CB from MF and getting 3 more. Theyll have those all the time. They wont run block or tower like those guys or will be close to it.
Its rare we get good DT (as a Steeler fan usually get MJG helps but last year they left both our CB out, sadness). So Id rather take the DT free and leave it like you said rather than use multiple WR that are similar enough.
Neither is wrong by far but they are more stacked positions and close enough to me that Ill take that any day. But damn Id love to get my hands on Seymour.

Ok ok I see the logical rationale here and i hate to say it but I think we might have a talk with Big Keyshawn tonight about his future with the organization. I’ve been wanting to see what Adams does for me. He’s definitely a hoss.

So after about 5 games I do not miss Big Keyshawn at all and big Sam Hoss Adams got himself a safety and totally clogs up the a gap taking on double teams. I finally see why this fat bastard is #1. I started with canola but I like nightmares acceleration so much more and I run that 1ap vanguard, that aka xfactor is totally worth it. Don’t even have to run the ball when he’s lit up just throws the D off.
