Tariq woolen is the best choice but if you have good corners, Patrick Willis is a good alternative.

I wanted to remain Faithful to the Niners theme team, but Vernon is already out of date, Patrick Willis makes for an darn near end-game pairing of LBs next to big Fred Warner's TOTY, so you could potentially set it and forget it for the rest of the year... ultimately, my greatest position of need and overall most impactful card choice from that set was Tariq Woolen, who at 6'4" height makes for a truly elite outside corner, there's just not many (any) of these that exist in the modern game, unless/until we start getting more OOP or Golden Ticket style options for outside corner, i feel liek Tariq is as good as it gets, not to mention his Universal Coverage X-factor that can remain active the ENITRE game (after 9 plays), plus Deep & Mid Zone KOs for 2AP. Absolutely fantastic.
That being said, good luck with your draft selection, this is such a wonderful dilemma to be faced with so many excellent options that can be true difference makers. Doubt you'll regret taking Willis.

Willis, TEs are too easy to come by, or use cheaper options. They don't need much ratings wise to be effective since a corner beats most coverages, and so does a drag. You don't need much else
