I don't know about any of them because I started playing too late last season. Some aspects were present when I started playing......I received a chicken card and a Turducken card, but I could not use them for anything because the program was already over. 

Was there a program that had a "machine" that would upgrade your player? I thought I had upgrade cards but no "machine" to make the upgrade?

Do all of these programs work about the same, or is there something different about any of them? Are there any program cards that you want keep for future upgrades like last year's New AKA or this year's AKA JJettas & Sauce?

In some programs, there were special tokens that could be used to give a player item an extra ability slot (we've seen this already with the All Madden program). I assume this is what you mean by machines.

Weekly programs work pretty similarly as they did last year (only some minor differences). Non-weekly programs also work about the same, but obv each program as something different to it (Examples: Hungry Turducken and Gameday Upgrade players in Harvest; Presents in Zero Chill; Easter Eggs in Sugar Rush;etc).

If you want to have a better idea, take a look at past articles in the "News" section of MUT.GG from last year. That should help give you an idea of how some programs work this year.

Was there a "monster maker" machine last season? Maybe it was something with last season's most feared? Did Deebo Samuel upgrade last season? Maybe it was him?

That Barry card is kind of an L, not gonna be good even fully upgraded. Excited for Hendricks and Vick though

Understandable, I'll still probably use him just for the sake of it, that last time i used a Barry Sanders card was his 93 in MUT 18, which I first played in 2019.
