I would agree with Talib...but...it is close. Blount brings a much bigger hit and a big help vs the run...Talib has better abilities. I use Talib on the outside and Blount in the slot...when I go to bigger formation (4-3) then they are both on the outside.

Blount’s a force of nature, but I’ll give the very slight edge to Talib. Get ‘em both if you can. If not, and you just need someone in the slot? Talib.

I have Talib and Blount on the outsides, Ramsey in the slot and Isaiah Simmons as my second slot for dollar. Blount is my best DB by a mile. Talib makes plays, but Blount is just a ball hawk and seems to snag a crazy pick every second game it feels.
Cannot stress my recommendation for blount enough

I have a 99 OVR team so the one kinda doesn't matter but the only thing is Blount gets inside shade discounted which is probably the best man coverage ability aside from one step,
And I figured that in the slot having inside shade would be very powerful because it works.for routes image the numbers

99 Slay is CB 1 for me, his attributes and abilities are still top of the heap. Same.with Sauce at CB2. 99 speed 99 accel 99 COD
Slay has better tackling and bigger hit power than Blount (not IRL but in Madden)
All my CBs and safeties have 99 man and 99 zone so that's not a factor
Talib and Blount have both played really well for me so it's tough to decide who will be slot and who will be cb 4

I have Slay and Sauce at CB1 and 2. It's just for the slot I'm trying to figure out.
