no, you would have needed at least 1 of the mcs tokens from day 2 if you got both from day 1

If you have any token at all you'll be able to get him in Oct when they do the Most Feard MCS event but you'll be behind as far as the next Player goes but you'll need all the event players to do the set at the end of the MCS season

Unless EA decides to put out some MCS packs in the store to buy tokens to get Parsons that way. After all it is EA Sports making money it's in the game. If they do it means last year end of mcs when they put out the mcs bundle for two cards you could get for roughly twenty dollars each was successful. Just my take and opinion.
