I believe that they're just gonna appear in your binder or they'll give you one of those packs like they do at the beginning of a promo

So, either today or tomorrow, FA drops. With that you get the 94 Brady and Too Tall for free. Each week for 3 weeks you get solo challenges and once you complete them each week you get 2 tokens to upgrade the cards to 96, 98, and then the 99 GT

Theres a full ass meta thread that Slammer does for these.

You get both but have to do the challenges to power them up all the way.
