CB Deion Sanders
The GREATEST cornerback OF ALL TIME and my FAVORITE NFL PLAYER EVER!!!! Of course he has the best stats in all of Madden! 94 speed, 92 accel, 95 agility, 95 change of direction, 91 awareness, 92 jump, 94 return, 95 man coverage, 95 zone, 94 pursuit, all the best! He also keeps his 98 break tackle and 99 juke move, which also makes him he best returner in Madden as well!
Other Season 2 Players:
QB Josh Allen
The best quarterback in the game BY FAR thanks to his abilities. First quarterback in the game with Hot Route Master. Fearless, Dashing Deadeye, and Gunslinger (nerfed but still solid) are also great abilities. 86 speed, 91 accel, 94 throw power, 88 short accuracy, 88 medium, 89 deep, 94 throw on run, 94 ball carrier vision. Great stats, great abilities, just great!
MLB Bobby Wagner
We can get arguably the best middle/inside linebacker in the game for free? I'll take that! And he is still a 90 OVR at both outside linebacker positions. Crusher and Lurker for 1 AP apiece and 2 AP Mid Zone KO are three of the best abilities you could get on him in my opinion. 89 speed, 90 accel, 91 jump, 90 tackle, 91 hit power, speedy and hits hard.
HB Dalvin Cook
A great free mid-tier running back. Also another nice upgrade for Vikings TTs. 91 speed (great for an 88 OVR), 88 speed, 87 agility, 86 ball carrier vision, 88 juke move, 87 spin move, 87 change of direction, 88 break tackle. All these free players are each very good, as well as being very helpful for newcomers.
SS Mike Edwards
Another one of those lower overall players with solid stats for their overall. 89 speed and 90 accel (wooooosh), 86 agility, 85 change of direction, 88 jump, 88 zone coverage. Again, VERY helpful for newcomers. 2 AP Deep In Zone KO is also nice.
