Also set your coin toss choice to kick. Stop them on the opening drive, and your opponents need not see the ball for the rest of the game if you follow bobby's advice up above.

If you can, play on old gen (Xbox One / PS4), they're significantly easier. You can use man coverage and running plays to chew clock.
