Idk if it's the case this week but I found that you get 1 after your first game and then it goes back to 2.

Not this time. It's been 1CP per win this cycle, and I have four wins so far.
But if all wins count and the repeatable factor actually goes beyond 30, it shouldn't be an issue to get CP. Yes, that last sentence was written more in hope than expectation.

Yep, just one for me on all 4. Just played them.
I'm like you - I don't trust this to work as intended and there to be some type of shadow cap at 28 or 30 wins...

Not interested in that St Juste card at all. I just need 18K season XP to get to level 57 which gets me the season 3 XP quicksell.
After that I don't care about any of the Season 2 rewards from 58 - 61
I'm ready for Season 2 to be over anyway.

According to the language in the competitive pass it is supposed to be 1 CP / per solo battle win, without any limit; other than the maximum of 58 solo battles game that you can play in the two week competitive pass.
But there has been a 'hidden cap' on that 1 CP / win of between 25 to 35 games for most of us since the game launched. At some point the game just completes the objective unannounced.
This has though been offset over the last couple of competitive passes, by the game awarding you 2P / solo battle win. Based on my first five games of this competitive pass, it has fully reverted to 1 CP / solo battle win.
