Speed/Acc with strategies

Hi guys.

I dont run a theme team so my player statics are almost basic.

I see a lot of people having the strategies that boost the speed or acc of players. Is there an easy way to have those? I really need a bit of speed on my pls.

No easy way that I'm aware of...just gotta keep upgrading strategy cards through the exchange until you land on one of the Rare speed cards. I did not reroll for them and just let it come naturally.
