Its always refreshing for zero chill and I have no problem with someone making a golden ticket and changing to whatever position you desire. However, when they drag it into other promos it keeps others from getting upgrades who deserve them. In SImmons case I could have used a MLB version of him since we have roughly 1 million CBs right now. Next promo they will have Lamar Jackson at DT and Pat Mahomes at MLB.

They did it cause Simmons played some snaps at Slot CB during the regular season, so it's not completely ridiculous

id still rather them keep doing what there doing than bo jackson at every postion in the game

I get it but if you are runnng a Cardinals TT you cant be having three different versions of Simmons out there at one time.

I really did not even mind the Bo Jackson thing. You could only play one of him on each side of the ball and that was also before you could add secondary positions on cards. I had him at LOLB because that year there were no LOLBs on offense I had him at HB because he was a HB. Then of course everyone had him at kicker. Plus when that promo was over, we did not have to worry about seeing it again because he was soon replaced with better cards at each position.

To be fair, Simmons did play CB at times, but it is still a weird choice. If you make him a MLB with free lurker, he's automatically one of he best users in the game. Weird decision.

Simmons actually becomes usable now. Lets face it, MLBs in this game don't animate. That's why you don't see them being used in the MCS.

yea it was fun but agravting i feel that oop makes the game more fun becasue you get to try different cards at differnt postions but people that are in the leauge today and deserve a upgrade should be first in line to get it instead of someone that retired 20 years ago

If simmons was a Linebacker nobody would use him and he does play some slot corner irl, quit crying bout everything

for sure, was hoping MLB or SS so he can be a user. Now his a ok slot cb with bad abilities.
Hopefully enough people are pissed EA changes him.

Some people do not have to run dollar every play to win. Some actually use 4-3 and 3-4 sets. So there in fact might be a small handful of non meta people that would actually like a MLB.

I’m not a fan of OOP cards either normally. I did enjoy Peppers at FS, the Carmichael CB card and the Fridge FB. I typically prefer to use true to position guys. But I could see this card being a beast for those that run dollar constantly and having him blitz from the slot. I’m sure we‘ll see him a lot in Champs games over the next couple weeks.

If there was a MLB that could pass rush and play coverage then I would definitely use it. Usually only have one on the field
