I have the blue rare strategy card that has +3 zone coverage in my line up it is not position specific and it says the chemistry is (FRE) Free when I go to my defense no one has the +3 in there zone coverage I checked CB’s,FS,SS,LB . I need this card to work to get deep zone ko on my CB‘s!!!!

It only boosts your safeties. It won’t work on CBs, even if you put them at safety.

Abilities don’t change based on stats being chemed up. If your DBs don’t get the ability now, you could have a strat card giving +99 to zone and it wouldn’t make a difference. Abilites are based on base card stats

As previous said, abilities are only available based on the base stats on the card. You can't chem up card stats to unlock abilities
