yea they removed them because the coin sellers were using them. Hopefully they will be made auctionable again but I don't think there's been any official word on it.

what is the best way to get them now? i am just the browns strat card away from finishing my TT but don't have it

Only way to do it is thru the 7500 coin strategy pack and hope you get lucky to pull the one your looking for
