Stuck in infinite black loading screen going into MUT

Since the new patch drop, I've been stuck in black loading screen several times that only shows your training and new items on the screen. Can't back out and cant doing anything. Anyone can help me?

Gotta just reset When it happens

Hit your circle button and it should clear. Anytime I've been stuck on that blackboard looking screen. There's no button prompt but if you hit circle button a couple times it'll go out of it.

I had this issue Friday night, right after I installed the update and no button would clear it.  Resetting didn't help either, as MUT loaded right back to that grey screen.  I was finally able to clear it by using the Tiles on the front screen of Madden to load into a specific module of MUT.  I have not had the issue since.

I have had multiple times.  Most times I can exit out by spamming B but last night I had to shut the game off and restart.  When it started back, it was on same screen but I could back out of it with B this time

Yep same

when I wasn’t able to fix it restarting the game, I did a hard restart and unplugged the Xbox, came up normal after that

what works for me is just backing out of that screen, hitting circle or B and it gets me out of it. if that doesn't work i just close app and reset

Close app and got infinite loading screen again. I had to reset my Internet and completely log out of EA to resolve.

I get it after opening rewards packs. As others have indicated, spamming an action button often solves the problem.

On the plus side, menu loading speeds do seem faster today.

close app. super annoying happened to me 4x in a row as i was selling SB rewards in a hot market

I'm stuck every single time since I got the twitch drops now. I can't be the only one who has this problem consistently.

I get ones where you can spam B to get back in MUT. These are loading freezes. Nothing I can do.

This company is a joke.

Game froze on rewards.  I’ve exited and restarted multiple times.  Can’t get past a plain black screen and do anything in MUT.  What a piece of garbage.
