On offense you're fine other than WR (I would recommend Ja'Marr Chase). I would say TE but you'll get Kelce soon.
On defense, you could use a new RE (Bruce Smith; move Reggie White to LE), OLB (you'll get Micah eventually, but for now I would pick up DeMarcus Ware or Lawrence Taylor), MLB (Terrel Bernard or Ray Lewis since they both get Lurk Artist), and CB (Charles Woodson).

Other than those positions I don't really see any upgrades that should be made. You could always wait for new cards to drop as Trevon suggested.

Bernard is still a great option at MLB. If you want a cheaper option, I would go with Bobby Wagner or Junior Seau.

I would say the only one noticeably better than Manti is Bernard (based off of my experience). Results may vary due to user preference and what not.
