I see people buying 92s for the sets that are going to drop and also 89s that I assume will go to 90 right ? do Those also go into set I guess my question is where do I put my coins before the promo drops

Pretty much answered your Question92's will indeed go into base 95's and we'll have lower sets as well so we pretty much 89-92 ovr players

What about ripping the mystery pack and holding the packs you get ?

You could do that indeed but i would save Training for the upcoming rerolls as well for the events but it's to each their own always. Myself i have coins & Training saved so i will hold off for the next few weeks. We have a ton of content coming over these next few months so I'd pace yourself
