These solo challenges have two options for how to complete them. Win the game or recreate the play. However, EA didn't give us any information on what "recreate the play" means. Below I list what recreating the play is for each of these solo challenges.
Challenge 1; Super Bowl XXII: Score a passing touchdown on the FIRST play.
Challenge 2; Super Bowl XXVI: Make a 35+ yard field goal.
Challenge 3; Super Bowl XXVIII: Rush for 61 yards.
Challenge 4; Super Bowl XXXI: Get an 81-yard passing touchdown. Call a run play and go back to the 15-yard line before scoring a touchdown.
Challenge 5; Super Bowl XXXIII: Get a stop on defense, then throw a 40+ yard pass.
Challenge 6; Super Bowl XXXVI: Get an interception. (Below I will detail a quick way to get an interception.)
Challenge 7; Super Bowl XXXVIII: Kick a 40+ yard field goal.
Challenge 8; Super Bowl XL: Rush for a touchdown.
Challenge 9; Super Bowl XLII: Pass for 75+ yards on the drive.
Challenge 10; Super Bowl XLIV: Get an interception. (Below I will detail a quick way to get an interception.)
The way that you can quickly record an interception is that you come out in field goal block (not field goal safe man), and when the offense audibles, audible to PUNT SAFE MAN (If you press left on the D-pad it will pop up) and make sure to keep moving pass-rushers away from the quarterback, as you don't want to get a sack. This strategy will get you an interception pretty quickly.
I got all this information from a youtube video by Swift, which I will link below if you want a more detailed explanation of these tips.
