Super Bowl Winner Boosts Question

I have the strat card that helps the whole team and gives Super Bowl cards +1 speed but what is the card that give the winning superbowl team extra boosts? Do you even need a card or is it built into the chiefs super bowl cards?  And does it help all chiefs cards or just super bowl chiefs cards?

It’s all within one card, the super bowl ring strategy card. The boosts to the winning team only apply to chiefs Super Bowl program cards.

Yeah, kinda wish it would boost all Chiefs chem players, would get some boosts to the BHM players but oh well. At least Travis Kelce and Jaylen Watson are absolute monsters
