Back when Madden came out my wife bought me a duel copy that is supposed to work on XBox One and the next generation too.
Actually found an XBox X on the shelf at Best Buy yesterday and got everything up and going today.
Next generation Madden won’t let me play head to head???
Says something about getting my rank info?
All players transferred, training and everything else seems good. Any trick to getting this fixed?

Finish your season on xb and then you can start a new one on series x

u have to finish the previous season on current gen xbox in order to be able to play the next season on next gen xbox
most likely u'll have to download the current gen xbox madden 22 on your xbox series x and finish that h2h season
then if you can play next season on the next gen xbox madden 22 s/x then you can delete the old madden 22

I was actually in between seasons. Knocked out of the playoffs a few days ago. Will run a season cycle the older version.
