You can't work the auction house much this year though, even if you can its for a minimal gain. Any technique other than just playing the game, buying bundles, and getting lucky? If you lucked out and pulled every LTD, every promo, since the game came out, you still couldn't sell all of them at their highest point to reach that amount of coin.
I’m a fan of flipping cards. I do sets too but the sets menus are really time consuming and inefficient. At least for me. I can’t say I make more flipping cards but I do spend less time waiting on menus as a result. Obviously I go for the most profitable cards first but I’m not above selling 70-79s for a few k. I think if the average MUT player added up the value of the “worthless” cards they QS over a year their mouth would drop.
I buy in cycles and plan to sell anywhere from 2-3 days to two weeks later. By doing it this way I can plan it according to the content schedule and market conditions. Large quantities obviously. I have a lot of success and fun working the AH overnight too.
One of the biggest problems this year, in my opinion, is the limited content generation options we have. With many offers not including more than 3-4 cards and sets as a center piece for coin making the AH has far less activity than years past. So how else, aside from $$ packs, can we generate those cards? Those options are limited.
